A US startup has $5K/month budget, needs full mobile app + website + marketing, wants to launch in 2 months. Without saying "no", explain: (1) What's the real problem with their brief? (2) What questions would you ask first? (3) How would you structure a realistic proposal?

Why would a client choose Bytelogic over competitors like Accenture, TCS, or local agencies? What's our advantage? What client segment should we target? What should we NOT compete on?

Would you quote the same price for a large enterprise (mission-critical, 6-month project) vs. a startup (limited budget, MVP in 6 weeks)? Why or why not? What factors affect your pricing decision?

A client says: "We tried 3 web agencies before and they all failed us. We're frustrated." What's your FIRST response? What's the real problem? What would you ask to understand their failure?

You get 3 leads: (1) Large company $100K, 5-person approval, 6-month cycle (2) Startup $15K, quick decision, 2-week start (3) Agency reseller $5K, no repeat. Which would you pursue FIRST? Which might you REJECT and why?

After 2 weeks of negotiation, client says: "Your price is $50K, our budget is $35K. Can you do it?" Would you drop price? To what level? Or is there a "third way" to structure this deal?

Estimate how many clients Bytelogic could sell Web Development to in the international market in 12 months with your planned strategy. How did you arrive at this number? What are you assuming? What could make it wrong?

Your competitor friend offers a lead they can't service, but with their confidential client information (pricing, needs, team). Would you use this lead? Why or why not? What could go wrong?

Bytelogic builds a website for Client X. After 6 months, their ROI is poor — they're not getting leads. Is it: (a) Bytelogic's fault? (b) Client's fault? (c) Something else? Explain and what would YOU do about it?

Describe a time you FAILED to close a deal or miss a target. What was the REAL reason? What did YOU do wrong? What did you learn? How did you change?

Client says "Let's touch base in 3 months." What does this REALLY mean? What would you do: (1) Immediately? (2) In week 2? (3) In week 8? (4) Before 3-month mark?

What does a BDE (Business Development Executive) REALLY do? What's success look like? What skills matter most? What would make you fail in this role? Why is this role critical to a services company?

When you submit, you'll see a confirmation message. Thank you for your time.
